The New Zealand cyclist Jason Connor, specialist in the thriving specialty of Pump Track, obtained a spectacular Official World Record on October 11, 2020.

The Record consisted in circling a circuit (Velosolutions) for almost an hour without pedaling or stopping at any time.

The circuit was 222 meters long and 1.3 wide. Jason Connor with the support of Red Bull managed to reach a distance of 25.01 kilometers in a time of 57 minutes and 34 seconds.

The event also aimed to obtain this Official World Record to raise funds for the Keep a Breast organization in its fight against cancer.

The beautiful event that was the focus of the attention of the entire community was supervised by Philip Coles member of the Waipa Council who gave him the Certificate of Record and the trophy.
